Faculty Recital Friday
The Music Department will present its spring faculty recital at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27 in the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.
The event is free and open to the public.
Professor Craig Hurst's selections include “Abblasen,” a fanfare written by 18th century trumpeter Gottfried Reiche.
Lecturer Tom Patterson will perform “Walz for Mippy III” by Leonard Bernstein, a movement from the trombone concerto by Johna de Meij and Paul Hindemith’s “Three Easy Pieces.”
Assistant Professor Nancy Van Brunt's perfomance will include “Leises Lied and Morgen” by Richard Strauss and” Erwartung and Erhebung” by Arnold Schoenberg.

1/18/2012 - UW-Waukesha Professors, Staff Named Kaplan Fellows
WAUKESHA – Three faculty and one academic staff member at the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha have been named Arthur M. Kaplan Fellows for 2011-12. The faculty and staff enhancement program recognizes outstanding contributions to education made by University of Wisconsin Colleges faculty and academic staff.
