Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences 

Advance your career with the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree completion program, which can be earned locally at UW-Waukesha The degree is conferred by UW Colleges, and classes are taught by faculty from UW Colleges and UW 4-year partner campuses.

Collaborative Degree Programs

Students enrolled at UW-Waukesha may complete a bachelor's degree through one of the following Collaborative Degree Programs:

  • UW-Milwaukee College ConnectionMajors Include: Organization Administration, Communication, Information Resources
  • UW-Oshkosh - Degrees include: Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Leadership Development or Organizational Studies and Bachelor of Science in Human Services Leadership

    All of these degrees can be completed entirely online.  These accelerated online programs are designed especially for adult learners balancing work and family responsibilities along with their academic studies.  BLS students gain critical skills in organizational communication, leadership, conflict resolution, project planning and implementation and much more.
