UW-Waukesha Continuing Education food classes are increasingly popular – and the department always is adding or improving to its palette-tempting food courses. Classes such as A Great Taste of Great Britain, A Taste of France, Basic Sushi For the Home Chef, and Authentic German Recipes will satisfy your cravings for international flavors . Seasonal-related classes such as Celebrate the Bounty of the Season, which features harvest-fresh recipe ideas and Intentionally Nontraditional, which goes beyond traditional December holiday recipes, will help you celebrate Wisconsin’s cold weather months.
