Wellness isn't just about trying to feel good; it’s about educating yourself so that you have the methods to heal your body and your mind. Classes such as Personal Wellness and Staying Positive Through Change-Including Job Loss and Balance Your Body, Balance Your Life, will provide concrete methods and techniques to handle the stress of life. Dance courses will help you use physical movement as a way to de-stress, learn a unique skill and have fun!
