Rock Band

This June, you can be in your very own Rock Band!

UW-Waukesha Continuing Education is excited to bring you My First Sound Check Rock Band this June. We are looking for young musicians and singers ages 12-17 years that have at least a year experience with either guitar, bass, drums, horns, strings, piano/keys, or singing. We are flexible! Let us know what you play and we'll see if we can get you in the band! Students will learn the many different aspects of running a band from picking the songs, a band name, the 'look' of the band to the best practices of promoting their band (including a photo shoot and poster!). This is a great experience for all students. Please call Mike Grassman at 414-949-5650 or UW-Waukesha Continuing Education at 262-521-5460 prior to registering. The week-long class will end with a live performance on Friday, June 19th at 7pm. Performance will be held at UW-Waukesha. Bring your family and your won't want to miss this!
