MOPS - Let's clean up your MS Office messes!

This event will be unlike any other training you've attended because it will be adapted to meet your needs.
PRODUCTIVITY TIPS
The first part of our session will be productivity tips from the instructor. This will include ways to better multi-task and shortcuts to help solve your problems. Bring your questions!
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
The second part of the session requires you to bring one or more files that are your biggest challenge. Think about what process improvements you want to make. What qualifies?
  • The processes that take you the longest to do.
  • The processes that you work on the most frequently.
  • The processes that were created by someone else and are not user-friendly.
  • The processes that are just frustrating to you.
Bring those files. Be sure that you're bringing a copy that we can work on, and change or delete any sensitive data as we will show the file on screen to the whole class.
IMMEDIATE RETURN ON INVESTMENT
By the time you leave, you'll feel you've mastered at least one of these processes. You'll also learn from watching the challenges others face and hearing possible alternative solutions.
Class size is limited to ensure you get individualized attention. Each student will get a set of laminated quick-reference sheets for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

About your instructor:

Brian Mace’s career began in the U.S. Army in 1976 as a radar operator and mechanic in Germany. After his military career, Brian worked with Boeing in mechanics and pneumatics. However, Brian’s lifelong love of athletics led him to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, and in 2001, he graduated with honors from Ashmead College. Today, Brian’s work has inspired hundreds of people to get in better physical shape and to treat their bodies right through his therapeutic alignment and posture techniques. He has always been a fixer; whether mechanical, anatomical, electrical, or biological, Brian likes to find problems and find ways to prevent and correct them. He has carried these techniques over to his work in the anatomy and physiology field, and still practices techniques today to correct various kinds of musculoskeletal issues.
