ACT: The Cambridge Approach
Instructor: Margaret Rowland
This class is tailored to meet the needs of the students. How do we do this? By using the pre-test results. Each class is specifically crafted to meet the individual needs of the students in that class. With a success rate of 98%, you can’t go wrong! The course covers the four multiple-choice tests, English, Reading, Science and Math, plus writing and text anxiety. Pre and post-tests included. Session prices include textbooks. If returned in good condition by post-test date, a $50 refund will be given.
The next regional ACT test dates: April 12, 2014 and June 14, 2014

GEMS (Girls Engineering, Math & Science)
The 6th annual GEMS conference brings girls, parents, teachers, community leaders, and professional women together in an effort to increase young women’s knowledge and awareness of math, science, and technology careers in a fun, hands-on setting. New workshops have been added this year especially for girls who have previously attended the conference. Of course, old favorites will still be available for everyone. Each participant will engage in 4 unique workshops, attend the key-note speaker presentation, and enjoy a delicious lunch! Open to girls age 11-14
