Support UW-W Continuing Ed

New this spring! Swingin' for STEM!

Mark your calendar for Saturday, April 9th!

Swingin for STEM

Learn to a few dance steps and have some fun and the best part is…you’ll also be giving students the opportunity of attending our STEM camps!

UW-Waukesha Continuing Education is committed to serving the local youth community! Join us for a night of swingin’ dance fun and the proceeds will go towards youth scholarships for the UW-Waukesha STEM youth summer programs! Your support has enabled us to provide many quality programs and engage students in areas of art, science, technology, engineering, math, and more! With your continued support, it is our hope to reach out to more youth to continue providing a hands-on learning experience that is sure to engage them in years to come! Our future engineers and scientists will be glad that you decided to join our Swingin’ for Science! We’ll start with a few dance lessons and soon we’ll be swinging the night away. Choose just one lesson or stay for all lessons and be sure to bring your dancing shoes!

Continuing Education Program Fund

Who Benefits

To help students grow and learn both professionally and personally, our Program Fund has provided many students with the opportunity to take a continuing education class, which would not have been possible without donations from businesses and the community.  Children from low-income families have the chance to attend our GEMS program as well as other youth programs, for little or no cost to them. Our Fund brings people to a college campus and in many cases, has sparked an interest in higher education for students of all ages, who then go on to take credit courses to earn a degree.
