OFF-CAMPUS ACCESS:  

UW Colleges students, faculty, and staff can access these databases from off-campus by using the UW-Colleges proxy server.  You can connect to the UW-Colleges proxy server by 2 different methods.

Click on the letter of the first word in the title of the journal, magazine, or newspaper you are seeking.  Example:  Looking for Callaloo, select "C" and scroll to Callaloo to find the indexes/databases where Callaloo is full-text.  If a title you are searching is not included in the list,  it is not available full-text on the databases/indexes available to UW Colleges students, faculty, and staff.

• Lexis-Nexis provides access to major English language newspapers, including the New York Times. Proxy accessible.

• ProQuest Direct includes ABI/INFORM, an index to business periodicals and full-text articles, CINAHL, a nursing  and allied health index, and CJPI, a  criminal justice index.    Access the MILWAUKEE JOURNAL/SENTINEL AND OTHER STATE AND NATIONAL NEWSPAPERS HERE.

• Nature Reviews Microbiology is the premier source of reviews and commentary in the field of microbiology, organized into three main sections: Highlights, Reviews and Perspectives.

• WorldCat enables UW-Waukesha students, staff, and faculty to search for materials held by libraries throughout the United States.
