WAUKESHA - The University of Wisconsin-Waukesha is offering both day and evening classes this summer in four sessions to meet the schedules of all interested learners. A three- and a six-week session begin May 22 and run through June 9 and 30, respectively. Another six-week and an eight-week session start June 12, ending July 21 and August 4, respectively.Early registration will be held April 17 and 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Student Services office in the Commons building. Students may register for summer classes from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays from May 1 to May 18 and from May 30 to June 8. Admitted students may mail their enrollment forms to Student Services Office, University of Wisconsin-Waukesha, 1500 N. University Dr., Waukesha, WI 53188.Students who have not attended UW-Waukesha in the past or who are not already admitted for fall 2000 must submit an application as well. These are available in the Summer Sessions Timetable or at waukesha.uwc.edu/stud/sumaddreg.htm.Tuition for Wisconsin residents is $95.60 per credit hour.The array of courses includes mathematics, English composition, and lessons in golf, as well as economics, statistics, history, creative writing, public speaking, art, sociology, ethics, computer science, literature, geography, anthropology, jazz history, accounting, chemistry, and more.
