The autobiographical comedy features middle class life in a Jewish family in 1930's New York City. Harry Baker, owner of the largest artificial fruit business in the east, has two sons: a 33-year-old playboy and a 21-year-old go-getter. They continually try their father=s easily-abused patience. The humor arises from the highly inventive character interaction not mere gags.
Assisting director Jeff Smerz with Scene Design is Kevin Connolly, Hartland, and with Lighting Design, Andrew Akins, Sussex |
