WAUKESHA The University of Wisconsin-Waukesha will hold an information session on college financial aid on Wednesday, January 9, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Waukesha Public Library, 321 Wisconsin Avenue. It will be directed to adults who are interested in returning to college, but the public is invited to this free workshop.
Judy Becker, the financial aid advisor at UW-Waukesha, will discuss what kinds of scholarships and other aid are available and how to obtain them. Shell outline the process and timelines for applying and answer questions.
There will be another workshop held on campus at 1500 N. University Drive, Waukesha, on Monday, February 11, at 7:00 p.m. Designed for traditional-age students, it will cover the same general material and is open to the public at no charge as well.
