WAUKESHA The 33-member University of Wisconsin-Waukesha Choir will perform in concert on Friday, May 3, at 7:30 p.m. in the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, located in the Fine Arts Center at 1500 N. University Dr., Waukesha. The public is welcome, and admission is free.
From the start with Another Opnin, Another Show (from Kiss Me Kate), the lively program will feature show tunes and modern classics. Choral director Brian McLinden will lead the choir in such numbers as Greensleeves, Here Comes the Sun, and It Dont Mean a Thing (If It Aint Got That Swing) and finish with Under the Sea (from The Little Mermaid). Jaime Karr will accompany on the piano.
