WAUKESHA – The University of Wisconsin-Waukesha Choir will present its annual concert on Friday, May 5, at 7:30 p.m. in the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on campus, 1500 N. University Dr., Waukesha. There is no charge, and the public is invited.
Director Brian McLinden has fashioned a spring choral program starting with classical works by Vivaldi, Handel, and J.S. Bach, moving into traditional spring love songs and concluding with modern American pieces, including John Lennon’s Imagine. Five students will perform solos.

A three-student string ensemble will provide instrumental accompaniment: Paul Carter, New Berlin, bass; Kim Stanfield, West Allis, and Jacob Szcygiel, Waukesha, both on the violin. Also, Sharon Goodrum will accompany on the piano.
