UW-Waukesha Band, Hand Bell Choir Perform in Concert

WAUKESHA –The University of Wisconsin-Waukesha Symphonic Band and Hand Bell Choir will present the annual fall concert Friday, November 16, at 7:30 p.m. in the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, located in the Fine Arts Center on campus at 1500 N. University Dr., Waukesha. Admission is free, and the public is invited.

Thehand bell choir, directed by Senior Lecturer Nancy Van Brunt, will open the program.

After an intermission, the Symphonic Band will perform an upbeat program, opening and closing with marches. Professor Craig Hurst will direct the band.

Instrumentalists include students and members of the community.

And joining the group from the State of Maine, is Don Blodgett, trombone.
