WAUKESHA – The University of
Wisconsin-Waukesha Cougar soccer team completed its Wisconsin
Collegiate Conference (WCC) season without a loss but fell at
the hands of Madison Area Technical College in the Wisconsin
Junior College Athletic Association (WJCAA) championship game.
Four UW-Waukesha Cougar players – more than
from any other school – were named WJCAA all-state. They are:
Jake Kuglitsch, New Berlin; Ramon Guzman, Waukesha, Nic Zilli,
Oconomowoc, and Ben Jaskot, Dousman. They also were elected to
the 11-member WCC all-conference first team. Raul Perez,
Waukesha, was selected for WCC all-conference second team.

Smerz, West Allis, was chosen WCC soccer coach of the year.UW-Waukesha has the largest
enrollment among the 13 freshman-sophomore University of
