WAUKESHA –Thirty-one University
of Wisconsin-Waukesha students have been admitted this semester to
Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor society for two-year colleges.
The local Alpha Chi Rho chapter will hold an induction ceremony
March 6 to welcome them.
To be eligible
for the honor society, students must have earned at least 12 credits
at UW‑Waukesha with a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.
Advisors for the campus group
are Ellyn Lem,
assistant professor of English, Jonathan
Kasparek, assistant professor of history, and
Scott Silet,
director of library & media services.
