Tuition and Fee - Due dates

Tuition and fee charges are recorded on your account according to the following schedule:

• Fall Semester, mid-August
• Spring Semester, the day following registration
• Summer Session, the day following registration

Review your account to view your tuition bill. You will not be mailed an invoice. If you adjust your class schedule, refer to your account for any updates on your financial account. Please pay your tuition based on the amount on your account.

Payments must be received in the Business Office by the payment deadline to ensure that you are not charged a $100.00 late payment fee.. See payment calendar by accessing the proper semester.

• Spring 2008
• Summer 2008
• Fall 2008

If tuition is not fully paid or contracted for full payment the student will forfeit the $100 advance tuition deposit. Review Penalties for Late Payment/Return Checks for details.

If mailing a payment, allow at least five business days to ensure adequate time for Domestic mail delivery. Payments are applied to the student's account the same day the check is received in the Business/Cashier's Office. Please check your account to verify your check was received.

Online courses have different due date. Please refer to information provided with the online registration materials.
