Transfer Student Admission Information
Transfer students have attended another college or university after graduating from high school and before applying to UW-Waukesha.
Admission Requirements:
- Applicants who have a 2.0 or higher semester and cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) will be admitted in good standing.
- Applicants with less than a 2.0 semester and/or cumulative grade point average may be placed on a wait list.
- Applicants admitted with less than a 2.0 GPA are subject to UW Colleges’ probation & suspension policy.
NOTE: Students suspended from another University will not be admitted to UW-Waukesha until the period of suspension elapses.
Here’s How to Apply:
- Submit a UW System Application for Undergraduate Admission to the UW-Waukesha Student Services Office. Applications are available from a high school guidance office, from the UW-Waukesha Student Services Office, or on-line at http://apply.wisconsin.edu/
- Submit an official high school transcript and official transcripts from all prior colleges attended.
- ACT or SAT scores are required of all students who are under the age of 21 by the first day of classes.
- Submit $35 non-refundable application fee.
All admissions/registrations are subject to enrollment limits.
