2005 Wisconsin Junior College Athletic Association State Champions
2005 Wisconsin Collegiate Conference Champions
A balanced team with outstanding chemistry that won the school's 6th
state championship, setting records in team assists and steals. Anna
Mueller (the school's 6th player of the year) set records in assists
for a season (192), career (338), career 3 pt FG % (43), and finished
2nd all time in steals (175). Kristin Mlachnik set a record in 3 pt
FG's made (82) and finished 2nd in career scoring (841). Dawn LaBonte
was the first 5 spot player since Michelle Reynolds and was named
first team all conference and all state tournament team. Tasha Smith
cracked the 200 rebound mark for a season, and finished as the team
leader in steals (95). Jill Crane totaled over 150 assists and steals
for her career. 5 players (Mueller, Mlachnik, LaBonte, Smith, and
Angie Wiesmueller) all scored over 200 points this season.
