Southview Hall was the fourth building built on campus  in 1969.  This serves as a classroom building, which includes the art department rooms, as well as a "smart classrooms" .  Faculty offices for the music, philosophy, psychology, and communication arts department are also located here. Southview is connected to the Fine Arts Center, which was built in 1987.

This is what a typical Southview room looks like.

The Fine Art Center is one of the newer buildings on campus. It houses the 337 - seat Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, band room, choir room, ticket office and art gallery. The building is also connected to Southview Hall.
