The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at Waukesha is making plans for two Preview Days for prospective students and their families. The dates are Thursday, Nov. 8 (1-3 p.m.) and Saturday, Dec. 1 (9-11 a.m.). Both events are free and open to the public and take place in Room 133 in the Northview building (use main entrance). The campus is located at 1500 N. University Drive in Waukesha.
Each Preview Day features information on admissions, degrees and the financial aid process. Attendees will also have the chance to tour the campus and hear from current students, faculty and staff. Applications are available online, with the same course offerings and tuition cost.
“We have a beautiful campus with dedicated faculty and staff. Preview Day offers anyone who wants to continue their education the chance to see what their local University of Wisconsin campus can offer,” said Stephen Schmid, interim dean.
During campus visits, participants will be able to view labs and classrooms, athletic facilities, student common spaces, and music, theater and arts areas. Advisors will be available to discuss academic planning and campus life.
Attendees are encouraged to choose a convenient date and register prior to the event. Visit waukesha.uwc.edu/admissions/visit for details and to RSVP or phone 262-521-5041
